I've driven past this so many times and never stopped for a taco...... I'm so glad I did today! Food was fresh and delicious! Had both the shrimp and chicken tacos. Preferred the chicken to the shrimp, but both were delicious. The best taco truck I've me horchata was cold and delicious been to in years! This will become my regular stop when driving to the Bay area. The horchata was I've cold, and delicious!

This is a hidden gem! I live in Chico but travel the state or drive to Redding daily and prefer I5 to travel. Randomly tried this place on a trip several years ago and it remains our favorite taco truck (trailer). I have had taco truck food all across the West Coast. The cleanliness and quality of the food is excellent. The girls are friendly and efficient. I like lingua but rarely find it prepared to my expectations, especially at the higher price point. Their lingua is now how I judged all others. My family prefers carne asada, it is also very exceptional and my original favorite. Ask for the grilled onions and Serrano, they add tons of flavor. Mild is mild and the spicy has a kick without being stupid hot. Prices are fair. I often buy platters on the way home and 20 minutes later in Chico the food is still warm and fresh. Forget the truck stop food and support these locals who are providing you with a good quality meal!
Definitely does the job in a pinch. A great option over the nearby Burger King.

Absolutely one of the best places to get a huge burrito full of flavor. Friendly service and fresh food. The carne asada was great, superb flavor and tenderness and no gristle. Tortilla was fresh and warmed to perfection allowing it to hold the beans, cilantro, onions, sour cream, sauce and meat in a delicious balance. Definitely worth the stop. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
