I just had the BEST experience at the Wendy’s in Orland, CA, thanks to Anothai! He was absolutely amazing—accommodating, fun, and genuinely great at what he does. His positive energy turned what could have been a routine visit into a memorable one.
Our closest Wendy’s is 20 minutes away, but I would happily make the drive again just to see him. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly stands out like Anothai, and I believe exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged.
Too often, great experiences are overshadowed by complaints, so I wanted to make sure this one didn’t go unnoticed. See you next week, Anothai—keep up the amazing work!

unprofessional staff ! I ordered cheese potato but i got Beef burger instead. i cannot eat any type of meat as i am vegetarian , but i tasted it by mistake. i m very much disappointed. you guys need to double check at-least if its veg or non-veg.

Excellent treatment with us, the operators load very quickly and the staff is very friendly.
Hispanic guy at the window was very rude and disrespectful to my fiance. Didn't want to eat when we got home. Around 8pm 8/22/24. Maybe time to find more respectful workers. That's not ok
