The food is good (sometimes)!! I usually like using the app and order ahead of time to get my food and like any other fast food places you'd at least think you'd expect a neutral to a fake happy smile from the people at the window but all you get is glares as if they don't even want you there. This is on occasion 3 out of 5 times I've gone. I understand life is tough but why just give people glares when we don't even know each other??

Food was stale, and despite being the only car in the drive through, took quite some time. Drinks were flat. 2* because the biscuit was OK.

We live by Santa rosa. Was coming home ama stopped for a bite. It was a treat. Santa rosa should take notes. Really great food.

i got my food just a minute after i ordered and i it was as cold as it can be. Avoid this place don’t waste your money here.
And most importantly, the drinks are not diluted with water!!!!

The music coming from the back of Wendy's was so over the top loud that I couldn't hear the lady at the register trying to take my order.. extremely unprofessional where's the supervision?

I just had the BEST experience at the Wendy’s in Orland, CA, thanks to Anothai! He was absolutely amazing—accommodating, fun, and genuinely great at what he does. His positive energy turned what could have been a routine visit into a memorable one.
Our closest Wendy’s is 20 minutes away, but I would happily make the drive again just to see him. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly stands out like Anothai, and I believe exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged.
Too often, great experiences are overshadowed by complaints, so I wanted to make sure this one didn’t go unnoticed. See you next week, Anothai—keep up the amazing work!
