We come out from the Chico area to gamble and sometimes eat. Their night service is always bad they're always short-staffed. The servers run around like chickens with their heads cut off. The nighttime Supervisor always has a dirty look on her face we won’t be back.

Today Father's Day nobody was in there. Took forever to get our food and when we finally did the fries were undercooked. Service was okay but what's up with the kitchen? I was so embarrassed to bring family there for the first time not sure if I'll return

We ordered room service 2 nights in a row. Should've known better after the first night but gave them another try. ALL good was extremely underseasoned. And they provide no salt or pepper shakers with the room service. So the food was extremely bland. The 2nd night we made sure we had salt and pepper from the cafe in the casino so we could season the food. Ever since then, we will NOT get the room service, nor will we step foot in this place. Just BAD!!!

First time here today 1/2/2025. I will start by saying this...this place is 100% better than Wahlburgers downstairs...this place had excellent flavor, service was great, overall great experience. Wahlburgers is a joke and disgusting! So happy I went to Acorn and totally will be back!
