Down hill. The quality is going down and the price is going up. They seem to always be short staffed and the food has been just terrible. We had to send it back but ended up leaving instead.

Brianna was great! Really attentive, funny, honestly her personality really shined through making us have a great time. Told us all the specials and offer to take a photo of us. This is actually my last few days on vacation and having authentic conversations and being able to be with people like this finally made me feel like it was vacation. Thank you again Brianna!

Wasn't happy with the seating. Obviously to help the waiters, they crunched the few people that were there into one corner. Didn't enjoy this type of atmosphere because it was noisy.

The onion soup is the bomb so good. My husband and I go there on our nights out. Thank you for your service great atmosphere.
No hostess when walking in, waited 5-7 min, finally seated then 13 min later server finally came over took drink order. Thankfully kids got drinks but hubby waited 23 min for his beer with reminder to waitress. Food was served without condiments menu had offered in description of items, had to request. Server seemed very spacey or stressed or something. Last time we visit!

We went to have dinner at the Orville, CA location. We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes! We watched 2 waitress's chat with one another first in one corner then another! We walked out!

Ordered a medium burger got straight pink and all the fries were cold. Place was very dirty, and most of the lights were flickering. Waitress was nice, but they must be understaffed with how long everything took with it being dead inside. Would not go back anytime soon.
They definitely need hire more cooks and Waiters who actually have customer service last couple times this year we went was horrible service food took forever get our food wrong and drinks sad sad the place looks dirty ells like motel 6
