I went through the drive thru after ordering online and the woman working was absolutely amazing. She had a great attitude, smiled the whole time, was friendly, and had great communication when it came to my order. I really wish I had gotten her name now. But she worked the drive thru Friday night 11/7/25 at around 9pm.

Anaya at front counter has such good service made sure we had sauce and greeted us with a smile. Store was clean, food was hot and fresh!

A Dude
In from out of town, been a while since I've been a to an Arby's. Dude work in the drive-thru register was awesome. Was trying to do some piece together ad hoc combos without overspending. Guy was righteous about helping and took his time, thank God nobody was behind me in line! Funny dude when I got to the window, as he about laughed like a school girl when I said what happened to the good old days of the $5 for five Arby's sandwiches? I asked for extra Arby's sauce, he said okay, I said no you don't understand I want a lot, he said okay. I said no I don't think I'm quite clear enough, I said I want my friends to think oh good God he got a lot! This guy said I got you! Gave me a separate small bag of nothing but Arby's sauce! Now that's how you take care of customers!
Very disappointed in Arby's today, This is the third time we had them since they've been in town. We did DoorDash and the milk was expired. My son drank some of it before I even noticed and the French fries, and the kids meal were so old and harder than a rock. I'm shocked that the workers put that kind of food out.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has a very nice entrance for those in wheelchairs.
The dining room was clean. They don't bring your food, they call your name. Lukewarm fries and a crispy chicken sandwich were both unremarkable. The $17.00 price tag did include a small cup for a drink.
