Another popular item on our menu. Mexican-filled pizza with birria meat, mozzarella cheese, cotija cheese, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, onions, sour cream, and very mild salsa. Garnished with radish, limes mild, homemade hot salsa, and sour cream. Pizza comes with (1) consume dip on the side.
Birria Ramen
Warm ramen noodle soup in rich birria consumes broth, loaded with birria meat, cilantro, and onions. If you like birria with some flavor, this is the perfect comfort food for you.

Single Quesabirria ( Dip Sold Separately )
Our most popular item. This is best described as a combo between a taco and a quesadilla. The quesabirria is dipped in our famous red (mild) guajillo salsa and made into delicious crispy tacos. The tacos are filled with birria meat and mozzarella cheese, topped with cilantro and onions, and garnished with radish and limes. Consume dip is sold separately.
Jalisco Style Enchilada Plate
2 pieces of enchiladas served rolled and semi-drenched in red guajillo salsa, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, filled with your choice of meat, and melted mozzarella cheese inside. Topped with lettuce, cotija cheese, and sour cream. Served with rice and refried pinto beans.

i've eaten at every taco truck in Butte County and El Mariachi is 100% the Best tacos and food in Butte County. They're grilled onions I could eat a whole plate by themselves and their Barria soup is absolutely amazing and very flavorful

I met the owners at WALMART very nice people - we had a conversation about their food truck and told them I will be stopping by very soon they have my favorite type of taco CRUNCHY - OHMYGOD so delicious I would recommend them FOOD IS GREAT and their staff is just as good THANK YOU AND I WILL BE COMING BY

Quesabirria were soft/mushy. Not crisp edges like I’m used to. Consume is watery with a burnt flavor. I can’t appreciate having to pay for consume if I buy 3 quesabirria. Underwhelming
