Visit today lacked any kind of customer service. You order off of a kiosk at the counter, pay there and they hand you your food when it's done. Food was just ok.

I love the hamburgers here that's my favorite place to get hamburgers in Oroville! But in January 2024, I went into Burger King and I was faced with two computer screens that I was required to use in order to make my order! the computer program was impossible, so finally after a lot of time trying to figure it out, I gave up and I had to go get the cashier to help me make my order! so now, there's no human at the front to take your order and I really do not like this at all! so before you get to eat your hamburger you get to get real frustrated by all of this baloney. everybody that came in had the same problem and were also frustrated.. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to Burger King now because of this! I want to talk to a real human I can talk to when I go in to put my order in! I suggest Burger King hurry up and trash those two computers before they lose all their business!

Food was the same but even cheap burgers aren't cheap anymore ? I don't like the new kiosk check-in and most of the people there didn't know how to use it, I'm not completely unable to use technology but I didn't get the lunch I thought I was ordering with either. The front person/manager kept telling people she would come help them ( an older lady) but they were understaffed so it was mostly wishful thinking.

Had a great experience at Burger King. After the self service kiosk rejected the order, the staff stepped up and entered our order our way. We used the coupon as the economics of California policy has made eating fast food nearly unaffordable.

I love love the CLASSIC CHICKEN SAMMY!!YUM. they are on sale now at a 2 for special.Worth driving thru. I grab the 2 and use one for a dinner ,the other I share, or 3at next day for lunch.perfect!

I sat at drive through for approximately 15 minutes and. Nobody. Else in line. And. The girl kept saying. Welcome to Burger King , I will be right with you , And said that about 5 times. , And finally. I backed up and left. And nobody was even in line. And on another time couple weeks ago I sat in line for about half hour. Trapped by car in front and back. Anyway. It took so long. That. People were calling me to see what was taking so long. I literally was. In drive through for at least 45 minutes. Before. I got done I never go there again. Plenty of other places to eat
