Everyone is so nice there.

Typical chipotle. Didn't have to wait in the chiptole lane and food was warm and tasted how it should.

GREAT FOOD!!!!! Always fresh and fast. Great staff. Food is made the way you like it, no mistakes, I'll definitely eat there often and affordable.

A really quick and good steak salad but for 28 bucks with double meat and guacamole seemed steep.

The ads for the beef brisket really enticed me to go in for the first time. I never knew they were that good. I kept thinking it was just another fast food chain but the food is excellent.

Ordering online was fast and easy without needing an account. The menu on the website was user-friendly and very detailed. The food was good, well-prepared, and the staff were friendly. This was our first time going to Chipotle.

The burrito only had about 3 bites had chicken total /: The tortilla was so chewy, I usually get a bowl but it's been a while and this reminded me why....

Horrible customer service as I walked in I witnessed the manager refusing service to a customer whom did nothing wrong , She was real snobby and had a horrible managing skills something needs to be done about this girl very disrespectful above all

Customer service was horrible.I never been to a place where I was treated with so much disrespect from an employee.This was working tonight at 8.30 pm at the Orville Chipotle dated October 2 2024 .I no that there has to be many complaints with this lady she needs to learn customer service skills .Very unprofessional

I was really shocked on the price of two burritos, I paid $38 and that is insane. I could have been okay with price as the food was fair, not exceptional. My pet peeve was the tortillas was steamed I guess, as they were sticky, gummy and really hard to chew. We ended up just eating the inners and throwing the tortillas away.

I make homemade flour and corn tortillas often and they are never like that. I could have went to Taco Bell for half the price and be happy. You guys should be ashamed of this. Won’t be back.

First time at this location, and got an online order for pickup. It was great being able to pick it up at the drive-thru without waiting behind orders. The chicken here,however, was cold, rubbery like it was cooked from frozen, and the smoky flavor was too strong, like it hadn't marinated and was applied as a topping and I couldn't eat the full burrito bowl. They forgot the beans too and only gave me a TINY portion of lettuce, cheese and sourcream, maybe a tablespoon each. If that weren't enough, about 40 minutes later Ihad a sour stomach. Thankfully I hadn't ordered guacamole. I never leave bad reviews, but this one got to me because it actually upset my stomach for $15. Maybe it will be different another day.

This food is too Salty Extreme levels of Sodium and they Won't change, if you have any issues with Blood pressure please stay away from chapolte, I know all fast foods have High Sodium But Chapolte is way to High and the Just Dump Piles of salt on there chips,
