The Burlington Ky location is always hot, fresh and no errors. His location has the best, kindest workers of any other location.
I had too many bad experiences at other locations but I am so glad we tried this particular Dominos. They are our go to pizza place for may years now.
long delays. orders arrive wrong. 0 service, they just hang up after long waiting times.
I ordered through Foodpanda, and it has now been over 2 hours since I placed my order. I later found out that the restaurant never even placed or prepared my order because they claimed they couldn’t contact me — yet I received no notification, no missed call, and no message about any issue.
It’s extremely frustrating to wait that long only to discover nothing was being prepared. Proper communication is the bare minimum, and this location completely failed at that.
