Dominos pizza

Pizza was burnt, black places on crust and pepperoni! Could not eat! And worse, when husband contacted store, manager called him a liar!

we have had a horrible experience over the last 1.5 years using the dominoe's app and having our order cancelled multiple times because the store the app orders to ( which is forced) says we are not within their range of delivery. Then the store they say is the delivery area also says the same that we are not in their range. we are tired of this. Fix your app

I’ve been a loyal customer of your Conneaut, OH location for over 10 years and have always enjoyed consistently great pizza — until tonight. I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. When I got home, I was disappointed to find it overcooked, lacking both the extra toppings and sauce. It was, unfortunately, the worst pizza I’ve received from this location. After checking online reviews, I noticed several others have reported similar issues in recent months. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes before speaking with a manager. She mentioned they’re training new employees and that she “can’t watch everyone,” which was disheartening to hear. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the order and the customer service. This used to be my favorite pizza — sauce always on point, generous with toppings, and perfectly cooked. I truly hope you’ll look into what’s changed at this location and help restore the quality that long-time customers like me have come to expect. Thank you for your attention, Michele

Ordered my son a pizza at 2:07 pm it was not delivered until 3:34 that’s ridiculous Calling back to back to the restaurant and no answer Highly disappointed

Then start checking orders before sending them out every time I order from here the order is wrong. The customer service sucks and they won’t ever fix my order when they mess up every time like this I order.

Horrible service does not give you the pizzas that you requested. I ordered a pizza and did not have the toppings that I requested. I called to let them know but I was left on hold forever.

Ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. Pizza was dry and very little cheese. Almost as if they did exactly the opposite of what we asked. Lesson learned.

Poor service incredibly rude to my pregnant girlfriend who was trying order pizzas in store and they told her to order online and gave her attitude, I won't be ordering from this store ever again
