Have been to prior gold country steakhouse and safire about 8 times. The food has been consistently delicious, professionally spiced, well portioned, and presented with pleasing symmetry. Wife's alcoholic drinks were well proportioned. The blackened shrimp appetizer was an example of some creative cuisine that is rare around here. The food and service was great, altho the sun blind kinda made the window seating pointless and kinda ruined the ambience a bit, the food is a tad overpriced imo for most of the menu but still worth trying once atleast.
We really enjoyed our Dinner...I had the Cedar wrapped Salmon . The presentation was amazing and so good. My husband had Trii Tip and Shrimp pasta again presented beautifully.We shared the Clam Chowder so delicious. We had a Wonderful Meal.Waitress was Amazingly attentive just perfect.
