For some reason this location doesn't know how to make a breakfast burrito. Last year I stopped here and ordered a breakfast burrito and it was dripping oil heavily and just soggy and nasty. A few days ago I ordered one again. Same issue. Soggy and very oily. Inedible. Have never had this issue at other locations. Staff is friendly and great but food not so much.

I go to jack in the box often and the customer service sucks. They are rude and if you don’t want to work and treat people with kindness you are working for the wrong industry. I understand bad days but every time I go or my husband goes we have issues. I have worked in customer service most of my life and it takes me a lot to even try to be rude.I just wish they would hire people with respect and who want to work.

The bathroom was filthy. Someone had peed on the floor. There was no toilet paper at all. The hand dryers did not work. No paper towels. Had to walk out with wet, dripping hands.
It took forever before anybody even acknowledged me at the counter. The food was okay, but I was already disgusted after my bathroom experience.

Just this past week we tried to go there to eat for dinner twice and try to get breakfast in the lobby has been closed every time we had eaten there from lobbies always dirty outside is still free I think personally the management team needs to be fired and a new teenager care about the store it's the only Jack in the box in Oroville and it looks like it burnt down so I don't know if it's a franchise store or corporate store but if it's a franchise store the owner needs to pull his head out of his ass and realize how the store is being ran I have 15 years of management and fast food I've never seen a store look that terrible

Ordered the breakfast croissant and I get a bun that is just shaped like the top of a croissant only, not an actual flaky croissant. Why they try to pass that off is ridiculous. Go back to using real ones, not a crappy regular bun. Fast food places really taste awful anymore. Why people keep eating it just mystifies me. They're nasty.

Just got some food and it is awful. Cold and soggy. I used to work there so I know it’s not hard to make fresh food. Sucks when you spend $50 and get nasty food. I go here often because the food is usually pretty good but sadly I think I’ll just spend my money elsewhere from now on. Do better Jack in the box. I used to work graveyard too and the sad part is it wasn’t even busy when I was there tonight.
