I went in there tonight. The worker had a big attitude, and when I asked for extra sauce and honey, she literally only gave me one and no napkins super petty. The chicken was good though.

Delicious chicken. Usually we only order chicken and not the sides. It's not that the sides are not good We just find them to be unnecessary with such good chicken. The chicken is all we want.

Only 4 nuggets in the famous bowl and i couldnt even eat them. The chicken taste horrible. Its super tough and stringy. It was like biting into a over-cooked steak.

Just bought the 10 piece bucket deal on Tuesday. Got home and there were only 8 pieces. Tried calling their phone and no one answered after 10+ rings. MSG box was full. Too far to drive back. Ck your food if you’re taking home.

Ordered over the app. When picking up, the bags were sealed and the receipt on bag shows my order correctly. Got home wrong kind of chicken in both family meals. The food costs a lot so you can imagine my frustration. Guess I'll be ripping the bags open rite there on counter if there is ever a next time. Lame.

Came in at 10:30 am, no one was up front. Had to say something for someone to come up and help me. But she was nice during order taking process.So chicken were not crunchy, likely sat there since they opened. To be expected early in the morning I guess. Same with biscuit and fries.Cole slaw was good.
