Little Caesars Pizza

Little Caesar in Oroville is the worst restaurant ever! The customer service is horrible! They are having a special online for 4.99 I tried it it wouldn’t work so customer service told me go down there and they would honor it! That was a joke! They didn’t! then the manager straight up told me that it wasn’t his fault I was dumb figure it out yourself! Then I asked who answered the call when I called? They said we don’t answer calls here! I went outside and called heard the phone ring and by god they answered it! I am not letting this go! I am calling corporate! The BBB and anyone else I can call! One thing I am not is dumb

Their prices are getting bigger while the pizzas are getting much smaller.... It used to be a cheap place to feed a group of kids.... It costs the same to go to a regular pizza place these days.

While visiting Oroville I thought I would pick up a pizza before the 49er game!

The place is take out only and very small inside. It was really warm probably because it's small and with the ovens must make it tough for the employees!

I don't really care for their pizza but it's a cheaper option and you get what you pay for.

I got the pepperoni pizza..it had too much sauce and hardly any cheese. Pepperoni itself was ok.

My friends didn't really care..just wanted pizza to watch the game!

It's a cheap and quick place to pick up a pizza. I had a couple bites and that was enough for me!

Ps. Clean up the parking lot..looks dirty outside!

Just got a pepperoni pizza there. What a freaking joke! It barley had any pizza sauce and the cheese is so thin it has open breaks of cheese covering on the whole top. Sure it's cheap but I wouldn't give the old price of 5 bucks let alone the current 10 dollars. Do not waste your money here. It really sucks! Worse lil'caesars I've ever purchased.

Got a pretzel cheese pizza they told me 10 min waited 30 min by the time I got home they were closed the pizza was cold then when I tried calling the phones wouldn't go through i went in to complain and they told me since I didnt come in the day or called they can't do anything not My fault that the phones wasn't working so we bought a pizza we couldn't eat it was that cold I used to got here all the time as a kid but never again after that service.

I won't even eat here anymore. This used to be the best place to get cheap pizza, but now it's just blaa and expensive. Also, I want y'all to know, it is illegal to refuse taking legal tender.... This place refuses to take any bills over 20$....yet you almost guaranteed to spend over $20.00.... lmao 🤣 Seems they have never read the script on legal tender. The staff always lie about quote times and are not kind. I genuinely don't get pizza here anymore.... It's a waste of time and a disgrace of an American business.

I called to make an order on my 30 min lunch. I asked for zesty cheese bread add bacon and add pineapple. I was told I can add bacon and pineapple to regular cheese bread but not zesty bread.. which I’ve been doing for 10 years at every other location. A manager comes to the phone and I ask for the same thing. He says we don’t have the option on the computer and we can’t go against corporate. I can only add items to regular cheese bread not zesty bread. So I hang up and go into the store. And ask for a hot and ready pizza. He replies okay it will be ready in 12 mins.
