Very slow service. Asked for extra onions, got a couple pieces of minced onion. Food was about as you'd expect for the quality, and service, and atmosphere. Lol. It's not a 5 star restaurant guys. Never has been or will be. But sometimes the craving needs a fix.

the hot apple pies I ordered we're not very good. I don't know why, maybe they were setting out all day? The Apple Pies that I got in Marysville were really, really great! The very pretty Hmong girl that helped me at the window was so sweet and nice and kind to me and informative. So, Baby Girl, you get a 5!

Food is typical McDonald’s quality here. They were busy in the morning so took a while to get my food but it tasted fine. I got a chance to try out a McDonald’s steak too.

I've been to fast food since forever. But never have I seen a more disjointed lack of caring in staffing. A new hire walking about like a baby deer in front of a semi. A system that was slow. If no one is in the drive thru and inside, does food take longer than 3 minutes. Oh, because the new hire had the whole line waiting because he couldn't listen to WHT was being told. After a half-hearted apology, I was given my food. No one waited it appeared the one person working diligently was the one that gave me food. It's ridiculous even for fast food standards. Fries were hot the burger warm. The sprite tasted watered down.

Service is slow. No soda refills and costs more than other McDonalds. Only go there if work8ng from home and do not want to cook lunch.
It's McDonald's....in Oroville. It's what you would expect. Busy during meal times. They do have good coffees and fries. People, if you take longer than five minutes to place your order at McDonald's, time is up! Let's go. Especially when you see a line of people who have things to do, waiting on you, to decide if you want your chicken wrap grilled or crispy. Just hurry up already.

I used to like McDonald's. The mistake sandwiches were great.but now the food service and quality at this store have gone downhill and still dropping .the big macs have so much sauce on them it makes a huge mess.if the food is made correctly it's good .but if not it sucks
