We ordered our food around 5 and we were the only family in there besides ones that already had their food. We waited for an hour before they acknowledged us asking what did we order. They hadn’t even started our order. I said we had somewheres else to be and requested a refund the staff said it would only take 6 mins but we had already waited for an hour. They seemed irritated and said all they can do is apologize and refund us. The staff wasn’t paying any attention or acknowledging we were even waiting,

Me and my wife ate lunch today and I picked up the napkin holder and there were two cockroaches underneath it. I grabbed a napkin and killed the roaches and showed them to the guy behind the counter. He stated that they have been trying to get rid of them.
