Food was good cook and taste wise.
However my wife's order had a hair in it.
Alternative/goth friendly.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, I visited the Panda Express in Oroville, California just before 9pm, along with my boyfriend and my brother. Having many years of experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments, it was obvious to me that we came in at a time when they had just finished a small rush of dinner business, and another rush was starting just as we walked in. The entire staff was focused and did a great job. The cooking staff was quickly putting out freshly made food, and the counter and drive thru staff were efficient, friendly and accurate. We were helped by
Lyeanna, and I was very impressed by her ability to keep our complicated order straight, juggle several other tasks, and have such a great attitude and smile on her face all the way through a hectic time of day that was near the end of her shift. She is clearly a hard working and dedicated young lady, and her customer service skills are outstanding.

Michael, the young man at the register was very polite and honestly caring. Somebody needs to fast track him into somekind of management program with Panda. Pandas' my typical go-to when on the road, food can be hit or miss at times. Service is usually mediocre. Today was part of a rainy work weekend away from home. When I tried to get a cheap laugh off of him, he took what I said serious and genuinely asked if there was anything he could do to help. I felt bad. But good to know there are God people out here.
Very bad service and too late also

Alright. Here's the tips. Go no later than 11 AM. Today was even Friday and it was a great crew. I ordered two plates. Food was fresh. Chef knew what he was doing, even helped check to make sure 100 dollar bill was authentic! Server was quick during a lunch rush in the drive through. Avoid dinner time like the plague, I don't have the patience to check when a better team works those times, and lunch is ALWAYS great while dinner tends to be terrible. I'll make sure I come in early when the staff is well trained and the food is fresh from now on.

Ordered 2 bowls one with chowmien and honey walnut shrimp. It was not filled to its capacity and only got 5 shrimps. Mind you they chatge $1.50 extra for shrimp but yet it is not worth it. Always make sure to tell them to give you enough food to fill up the bowl.

Chicken to China, the Chinese chicken. Just like the barenaked ladies said in the one song. Panda Express enlightened me. Now according to my Hmong friend muache, orange chicken is a white mans food…that being said, it’s bussin. The noodles are delicious even though they give me a tummy ache. Beijing beef is out of this world. I write this review in loving memory of Ozzy Osborn. Rest in peace green goblin. Thank you and goodnight. 💤🌙

Michael rocks and the cooks are happy. Less than an hour left and the food is still fresh. Almost got the teriyaki (so fresh!) but ended up with honey walnut shrimp.
Clean tables, clean floors, happy people.
Good to have a place when passing through.

The worst service. Took over 30 minutes with a drive through order. Watched people who walked in get their food first. And they cant even get an order correct..
