I would give 0 stars if it were possible. We scheduled to pick up our food at a certain time (because we could not be there to pick up until that time) we received a message that our food was ready for pickup 30 minutes before the scheduled time. They don’t put your food under warmers or anything and our food was cold by the time we got there *AT THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME*
We called to try to discuss the issue we had with our order and the general manager was extremely rude, would not let me speak, and then hung up on me. Issue was not resolved or anything. Terrible customer service & cold crusty food.
Very disappointing when these fast food workers are making $20+ an hour and can’t hear the customers out or provide good food and service.

Food was good as usual but the experience at the cash register was strange. My cashier (Veronica) said she was going to charge me for a bigger plate because it was cheaper than the regular plate with the side I wanted. She did it so fast that I didn’t have a chance to say no. Then when I looked at the screen, there were additional items on the order that I didn’t pick out. Nothing was correct. I then asked her to go ahead and charge me for what I ordered and that I didn’t care if it was more expensive. When she did charge my original order, it was actually cheaper than whatever she was trying to do! Check your transactions carefully.
She was also messing with her smartwatch the entire time and came to the register off the floor from changing garbage cans without switching her gloves before handling my food.

Service was ok, but server seem a bit short. Food was too salty. I've never had fried rice and chow mein so salty. I have high blood pressure and over salty food is not good.

The food is fairly good at the Oroville Panda Express. The green beans need their stems removed for sure! We eat there often. But most recently we used the drive thru and a down right mean woman named, Ka, yelled at me for asking for a second fortune cookie. It was an order for two. There were two meals and only one fortune cookie. When I requested a second cookie, she said "one meal, one cookie!" I showed her the red box of food and the platter ordered. She still insisted I was only allowed one cookie. I told her we place the same order several days a week and always receive at least two cookies. She yelled at me in broken English (she seemed flustered and I was nothing but polite) and then proceeded to throw a handful of cookies at me. I quickly put the to-go bag under her hands and caught the five cookies. I only asked for ONE! This woman should not work with the public!
I really enjoy the entire experience. The food was so tasty. They had a small portion of the kind of meat I wanted. The person behind the counter heard me say it looked old. He made me fresh. It was such good beef. My 89 year old auntie was treated with kindness and respect. I really appreciate the patience. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back.
