I asked for a chicken bacon and artichoke what I got was a chicken onion No spinach no artichoke nothing just onion and chicken and cheese when I called they gave me the runaround they told me they can take $4 off my next order or I could come back in with that pizza and they'll put stuff on it either way it cost me money to get what they messed up fixed that is not good business I will not be coming back to this store And you can think the new owners for the bad business... He is the one that took the order wrong

Absolutely terrible customer service today. I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up our order. When he got home he realized we didn’t have the pizza we ordered, so I called the restaurant expecting to have them offer some kind of solution, but no. From the very start of the phone call the man I was speaking to continued to cut me off and tell me he couldn’t find any record of my order even after I gave him my last name, phone number and order number. Then he continued to tell me that I ordered it wrong, and that it was my fault, etc. This man would not let me get a few words out without cutting me off and never once offered to try to fix our problem. I have never been treated this way ever here. I heard they have new owners, and if that’s true then they have no idea how to handle their customers.

Was very clean great employees,I even had trouble with my card not scanning and the clerk did a little trick using the receipt paper over the bar code and got my payment to go through I thought that was clever great pizza
