The workers are super rude and when trying to speak to managers they argue with you instead of fixing issue. Orders are always wrong or missing items

Food is okay, not my favorite fast food. The order was short by one complete meal (that had been paid for)and we had to approach the employee door to get the crew to provide the missing items. Not a great value for the money spent either.

All of my orders for the past 10 years have been wrong, I cant make this up, if I order no cheese you get extra, if you order extra ice you get easy ice, if you order no cherry syrup, but instead u get coconut syrup. Where is the cheese in the grilled cheese why is the grilled cheese just bread why was it not grilled? Where is the egg in the breakfast meals? Why do I have to order extra egg to feel like I have eggs on my breakfast sandwich? Why is the bacon not crispy but so fatty I could choke on it? I just ate my hometown Sonic in another state for a week I had the best Sonic only to be disappointed by The Worst Sonic In America,where I unfortunately now reside.

Terrible service, workers are incompetent. Order will come out wrong, get sent back in, and come out even worse. Stay away from the place if you don’t have 45 min to spare. Cold fries and tots as well. Management is doing a wonderful job!

Was here going through the drive thru,it took them forever to take my order, cause they screwed up on my order at the stall #9. I had to practically yell for them to hear my oder and they still didnt get it right.

Two times in a row messed up my order and forgot soda. The first time, I had to wait 45 mins for a sandwich they messed up ita getting wild and they make 20 dollars an hr 🙃
