Terrible service, workers are incompetent. Order will come out wrong, get sent back in, and come out even worse. Stay away from the place if you don’t have 45 min to spare. Cold fries and tots as well. Management is doing a wonderful job!

Ordered a drink online and it was brought out the second I parked. The guy was very very sweet and respectful. Best service I’ve ever gotten anywhere in oroville!
I just love sonic ice I would say I'm addicted 😁 but when I went in today I parked in the stall as I waited over 20 minutes for them to answer I even ended up moving to another stall thinking that was the problem but it wasn't as I watched several cars go through the drive threw and were served in minutes and after 27 minutes of arriving I was served my ice, the problem was watching the manager walk in and out of the store to a car next to me who pulled in after me and they never ordered and was brought out drinks and I'm sure food nothing was ever ordered from the driver for the fact that before she drove away the manager kissed the female as she drove away she said thank you see you after work so again I'm a paying costumer and I spend my hard earned money there to watch someone drive up for free stuff and sadly it's not the first time i have seen this im just tired of people getting better treatment and not having to pay.

Customer service was cool. We did wait about 20-25 minutes for our food and my burger was really cold. I’m not a stiffler, I even tried to eat it cold bc they did look busy and I’m hungry but I couldn’t take more than two bites until the meat tasted watery/cold. My boyfriend chili dog was good though.

Where is a service? Dude tell me there is no estimated time for your order, u should wait until it’s will be ready. What a hell? Not respectable stuff, especially worker at ordering point. Employer should provide a classes for his employees how to speak with customers.
