I won't ever be coming here again! There drivethru is terrible customer service..matter of fact Starbucks needs to train their employees like Dutch Brothers because at least they care and this is exactly why I won't be coming back to Starbucks again or supporting this company

This by far the worst location I have ever been too. First they forgot my drink, then they made the wrong drink. When I asked about it being wrong the girl at the window was extremely rude. They parked me and came out and the drink was STILL wrong. Terrible service, incredibly rude people. Go across the street to Dutch Bros and don't waste your time here.

Can never go wrong here tbh besides an accidental water down drink, atmosphere is nice, customer service is always lovely, and because oroville is small don't think anyone wants a bad reputation on themselves ?. The only problem is indoor dining this place would not be able to hold a super busy sit-ins as this place does not have much seats indoor but thankfully everyone always goes through drive through.
Parking: Parking area is super small and when it's super busy during rush hour, the line goes onto the main road, causing traffic sometimes on the right turn entry on the main road.

Not sure why I keep trying, but every time i order (and pay $1.25 extra) cold foam, they give me whipped cream like I don’t know the difference, if you’re too lazy to do your job at least tell me and don’t charge me for it, it’s weird.

I can't the parking, but otherwise it's a nice and great facility close to my home where I can meet with people, have a quiet place to study or just get a coffee to go. The patio is great and I love the atmosphere
