I made an online order and my son went inside and grabbed the bag. When I got home I realized I was missing an entire half of the sandwich. I ordered 3 foot longs and got 2 foot longs and a 6 in. It’s pretty frustrating since I live a good distance away that the drive back is not work it.

This Subway is usually hit or miss. My last order was a BLT with extra, extra crispy bacon. There were two girls working, both nice but the one making my sandwich just wouldn’t listen to how I was asking her to make my sandwich so it just didn’t turn out the way I wanted it. The bacon was floppy and undercooked and my bread was burnt. Had it been done the way I asked (crisping the bacon separately), it would’ve turned out much better. I definitely didn’t enjoy my sub this last time but on other occasions I’ve been really pleased.

We had one poor experience after another at this Oroville, CA location. If you get someone friendly or competent to help you, that is a miracle in itself. Another miracle would be to get your order made correctly and then the pièce de résistance is the hair you will find in your food. We gave them 2 stars for the few times we received our orders correctly made, sans employee's hair. Do not bother to write to the owner, you will only receive a generic and poorly written letter thanking you for your patronage; but addressing zero of the issues.
The employees are always very nice and patient. I always have a extra large orders and they help me help them keep it straight.

This Subway offers the best customer service. I am not from Orville but the employees are super friendly. Very respectful and you can tell everyone gets treated like family. Been to many Subways but this gots them beat. Plus portions are good. Don't have to ask for more. 5 stars all the way. Don't have reciept but if u did would submit review.

I was told that they are no longer going to carry the sweet onion sauce I really like that sauce that is the sauce that I use on all of my sandwiches so without that sauce I won’t be going back to Subway. ???
