Gary is always so nice to my daughter when she picks up our orders. The quality of the food has greatly improved over the past couple of years. It's a good sandwich and they now have churros! Yay!

Krystal. She's why all five gold stars. Because when she told us y'all don't have pastrami anymore... I mean, that hurt, Subway, I was fixing to call the cops when she recommended the roast beef instead. Almost like she knew me or something because THAT was a good call! So, even with my gf complaining not enough meat, Krystal politely, professionally and promptly built, what turned out to be, even for gf, our two really good sandwiches. You should thank her really good for the really good save.

Sandwich was good but they charged $0.60 per triangle of extra cheese without first saying they charge per triangle for extra instead of the posted amount per 6-inch or footlong sandwhich. They would not correct and argued they were right and I was wrong regardless of what was posted.

I ordered 3 sandwiches. All 3 were not made correctly. Wrong bread and wrong topping stuff we never asked for and wouldn't eat. The receipt was correct so why couldn't the sandwiches be made correctly. I usually order from here alot now I'm rethinking about ever coming

Whoever manages this place should be mopping the floors. These little girls working here are a joke. Literally felt like I was watching a cartoon while my wife tried to order a sandwich. I just can't believe how rude the employees are without care. They were so clueless we left hungry. Maybe if they had a video game making sandwiches these half wits could get it right....that's a big maybe. Go anywhere else to actually enjoy your lunch

Vegetarian - I go for the salads. Sat at tables. So glad I looked in my salad! Little brown bugs crawling all over. Took it back and said I wanted a refund not another salad. Guess she had to call owner. 10 minutes + later a very nice lady brought my refund.

Ordered a califresh turkey sandwich (for an arm and a leg) literally almost 12$... The sandwich claims to come with avocado.... Although none came on mine. Unfortunate.....and disappointing. Seriously "sandwich artists" learn your sandwiches and please listen to your customers. Too tired to go back for the avocado to put it on myself. ???

First time coming to this subway and it was the best one I’ve ever been to by far. The staff was super friendly and nice and even gave me a tip to save money on my sub in the future definitely will be coming back!

Came and ordered two sandwiches a bag of chia and a drink to go. Got home to find only one sandwich. When I went back and asked them to make another sandwich they told me I needed to get in the line which by now was so long it extended into Walmart. I told them I shouldn’t have to re wait in line. They issued me a refund I did not ask for, made me get in line, order a new sandwich and pay for it when I got to the cashier. From my experience in customer service I expected they would remake the sandwich without making me wait 20 mins in line, possibly offer something for the my inconvenience of having to go back after getting home. But they did not show any care about their mistake or the inconvenience. I will likely not be going back any time soon. Had I been rude, loud or make a scene I know they would have done everything they could to get me out of their store as fast as possible but polite patient people apparently do not get treated as well.

Took my son here to eat. I paid almost 30 dollars for our meals we order medium. We made our drinks and they were out of lids so I ask for a different size cup she told me if I give you a bigger cup I will have to charge you for the difference and I said give me the small one she said I still have to charge you. Really not my fault you didn't have lids . That was sure poor customer service she should have made it right.

Want a dry sandwich with very little on it? Want employees who complain while making sandwiches or talk rudely to you or about other employees? Want ugly glares because you ask for mayonnaise? This is the one!!!! Staff was rude, sandwich barely had anything on it, according to the employee the manager keeps raising the price for bread sandwiches!! $12 for a foot long, no thank you I’ll go to raleys or Walmart
