The lady working at the drive through on 12/21/2025 at 1:20PM was the The rudest fast food employee I have ever come across, first she messed up on our order and then when we went inside to have it fixed, she took the other food out of our bag and trashed it right in front of us, was extremely rude. I am so disappointed with this location. I will never be returning.

Messes up my food often. Today they gave me normal doritos locos tacos instead of the cool ranch gordita (the new item) Gave up on this location, will be going to the one by walmart from now on. Which is a bummer cause this one is really close, and I gave it a million chances.

So the floor behind the counter where they're working was very disgusting probably 15 or 20 sauces package is on the floor underneath the boxes of them. A full chalupa taco shell was on the floor when I got there and was still on the floor when I left lots of napkins and food and trash on the floor back there where they're working. This is the number one thing that discussed me and will make me not go back to a restaurant. The manager was there by the counter. There was plenty of employees. And there was hardly anybody in the dining room so if they were busy it was the drive-thru.
