I recently visited Time Pho Boba at 1124 Oro Dam Blvd E F in Oroville, and I was very impressed! The drinks here are absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the difference in the authentic, high-quality ingredients they use. I tried the Mango Escape, and it was refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet – just perfect.

For first time customers: I was one too! We have never done a boba bar but Chid and the team gave us a seamless and smooth experience. We had so many questions and they were kind to answer it all with adjustments to make it work for our event. Still nervous until the big day came!!
