Uncle ping is back and cooking! This is the best Chinese food in Butte County. Try the onion cakes! It's rare to find these at Americanized Chinese restaurants. So delicious.

I Love Uncle Pings!! The Food is So Wonderful!! Everyone that works there is so Helpful, Kind, and very Soft Spoking. The Atmosphere in the Restaurant is Calm, Quite, and Welcoming. Plus I like the fact that the have hand sanitizer right by the door. So u can clean your hands before and After. I also like that the food is Hot and fresh. It hasn't been setting under lights or warmers all day. When u get it to go it's still hot when u get to your Spot and set down to Eat. So Thank You Uncle Pings for Cooking Y'all's Wonderful Yummy to Everyone's Tummy Food. Two Thumbs up for sure if I had more thumbs I'd throw those in there to ! ????Vegetarian options: Not Sure but I think they have one. .Parking: Parking in front on the side and across the street. There is Plenty of Parking.

Great food and service. Best little place in Oroville to get a decent lunch at a very reasonable price Monday through Friday.

This place does not get enough chatter. I almost hesitate to recommend it just because it seems like a hidden gem but it is outstanding! It's a small place with friendly staff. The food is hot (temperature), portions are HUGE, and delicious! The value for the price is spot on. Absolutely worth trying perhaps (totally is) the best Chinese food in town. Competes with Chinese food in the Bay.

The hot and sour soup was sooo yummy! Especially on this cold and stormy day, plus it’s the only place in town where the soup is meatless - I promise you don’t miss it at all. Wonderful service, too. Highly recommend! :)Vegetarian options: Hot and sour soup is veggie! Only place its veggie in town and it’s delicious.

Best Chinese food for 300 miles. They are busy and I was lucky to get through on the phone today. We ordered 7 entrees. Not greasy , not salty. Beautifully cooked vegetables and beautifully cooked mushrooms. The walnuts on the honey walnut shrimp could use more sauce, but all the meat and seafood entrees are cooked beautifully with perfectly cooked vegetables.

This place make amazing food, my favorite is the chow main and honey walnut shrimp. Even for my little picky eaters, Uncle Ping's will leave out ingredients if asked.

This place is our go to on busy nights. The food is always fresh and they load the to go orders up! They are always nice and will call when the food is done. If I had any complaints it's just the bell pepper pieces are always too big.
