While traveling, we rely on Yelpers to guide us where to eat, and where not to. In this case I'm so thankful we found Union after a beautiful hike at the Phantom Falls trail thanks to all the positive reviews and photos! This place lives up to their mission statement. The setting is a historical hotel that feels warm, welcoming and trendy. They not only tolerate dogs on their beautiful patio, they warmly welcomed our Golden. Servers took time to stop and say hi to our fur baby and share stories of their own pupperoos. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful and absolutely amazing. The fries with amazing ranch dipping sauce were crunchy and glistening in the sun, Mac and cheese bites were crispy, served with a yummy homemade vodka sauce. The Brussels sprouts had so much flavor! I'll be dreaming about those for awhile. The only negative was the haughty hen sandwich- slightly over fried, resulting in an unfortunate burnt-ish flavor, but not enough to complain in light of how well executed everything else was. They offer an insane happy hour that simply encouraged us to try more items! Our server Matt couldn't have been more patient as we kept adding on to our order. Despite being busy, he was always present at the table, kept a sense of humor and ensured we will want to return to Union. Thank you to everyone who ensured our next trip to Cali in July will include a stop at Union! If you find yourself in the area, be sure to make Union a must stop!

Where do I begin? I have been here multiple times and had great experiences, but tonight was very difficult for me to not review, the host seated us but didn’t give us proper menus or drink menus then our sever had been too busy hanging out with a group of guys drinking not eating too realize we were in her section and had been waiting for 20 minutes to come and even get our drink orders then we didn’t get a kid menus for the food for the 10 year old we had then messed up our drink order and one of our entrees which was supposed to be a chicken ceaser salad it got served without the chicken . The portions for the appetizer were way disproportionate to price and I had to go and get our own silverware for the salad and appetizers as well. I have been very disappointed.

Stopped by Union restaurant after a satisfying 5-mile hike for a much-needed lunch, and it exceeded all expectations! Started with the smoked wings for an appetizer, which were absolutely delicious. The refreshing cocktails were amazing and the perfect way to unwind. The Wagyu burger was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients that made each bite a delight. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The ambience was trendy - relaxing and cool, providing the perfect atmosphere to enjoy our meal. Went to the Union for the first time and it didn't not disappoint!! The ambiance was wonderful, the staff was kind and quick and the food was AMAZING!!!! Definitely recommend!

We had a nice time sitting in the outdoor area. Can't wait for the weather to improve and come on the weekends for delicious food and live music. Our server was also very nice and attentive. A great place to go!

management sucks there. everytime i went in there it was always rude axx employees there. brian wong is a great guy but the employees and management a big thumbs down. brian fire all your employees and get real people in there because all those employees there suck and i mean suck very unprofessional and they dont know how to cook either

The bread ? is to die for ?and the steak ? is 5 stars ? I love union and you will definitely want to tip. I tip 20 bucks cuz it was so good. Service is amazing. Definitely go to Union because the potatoes or the mashed potatoes are just amazing. I mean you need is probably the best place you could ever go to downtown.Wheelchair accessibility: They have little carts that you could go up in and then they have little chairs where you can reserve one for our wheelchair and it's just amazing and so wholesome.
