Older gentleman with a beard just sat on his phone and ignored us, even going into the back until a much nicer representative gave us help.
Ones skin color shouldn't impact the service given. Treat me as invisible and you just won't see me in your place of business anymore.

For any frozen yogurt place always recommend the mochi bites and cheese cake bites for a topping.

YovIlle Yogurt is a good concept that could be great it just isn't consistent so flavors & toppings are hit or miss. The customer service is the same and while nice, i don't think i've ever seen the same cashier twice.
