Tried for the first time today and I'm so glad I did! Fantastic customer service Carrie was so friendly and helpful. Definitely making it apart of my routine. Turbo tea - Cucumber Fresca was delish! Can't wait to try smoothies and all the other yummy tea flavors!

I purchased an Axxess card and had a 50% off discount on a smoothie. I mentioned it to the lady at the counter (I believe she is the owner). She asked if I had been there before. I said yes, only once, a long time ago. She said "If you have been here before it's only 10% off". Her energy was bad; I don't know how to describe it, but it made me feel uncomfortable. I said ok and left.So, be aware that if you have an Axxess card, your 50% discount might be denied, even if you haven't used the card before. I definitely would not recommend this place.

My boyfriend and his friend had went to this business on their lunch break and we're very excited to try it out based on the great reviews. When they arrived their feelings quickly changed. This happened on 10/06/2022 at around 11am , they arrived and we're not greeted. The woman that took their order looked completely bothered that they were there. She made them feel very uncomfortable with her rude body language, she was making faces to her co worker as she was taking their order and ultimately left them feeling very uncomfortable. This is a horrible first time experience and will now lead them and me to not returning and I will be sure to let friends and family know of this horrible customer service that was received. Such a shame since this is in our area and we would've loved to continue to support this business but not after this experience.

I wanted to try out this place since it’s close to my work. And my usual place were I get my shakes is a little bit farther away. Shakes are good but the customer service is bad. Won’t be going back there. That’s for sure.

This place has great shakes but they really need to work on their customer service. Always be attentive with everyone that walks through that door get off their phone's and greet them and make them feel welcome. My husband and I will no longer be customers.

I went in today to try the pink dragon shake. It was so delicious. The staff is so friendly and the service is excellent. Go try a low calorie shake. You will love it.

Came by and saw this little place after my workout and decided to try it. Really glad that I did because the shake was delicious and it helps with recovery and gives me the protein that I need after my workout. So they have some combos that come with three separate items and sometimes two depending on the type of drinks that you do get so I got a chai tea and a strawberry shortcake flavored shake which is absolutely delicious and I cannot taste any added protein that was added to the shake. It is mixed very well and take very good I definitely suggest people come through and try it out. And on your first visit you get a little discount so that's always good especially if you wanna try it for the first time.

I've been coming to All Shook Up for a few months now, great service from all the ladies here especially Carina and Carrie! Love the decor and the new updated colors. It matches my drink, Goku Tea, perfect. Great place to have your herbal life shake and tea. I'm always trying the monthly flavors they have!
