I have been coming for years and have never been disappointed with this place. I went in and ordered a guava smoothie and an asada torta. The meat was not even cooked all the way seasoned with a ton of pepper. The smoothie was watered down, almost taste like the Jumex guava juice with a lot of water. Also ordered ceviche which was disgusting. There were 2 girls taking orders and cooking who looked very young (high schoolers). I also found it odd that there was no customers there. They used to be packed, they definitely lost me as a customer. Save your money and do not go!

My lady and I have been coming here for Years. We realized we have never done a review for this place and decided today was the day. We came on Oct 20th, 2023 around 6-7pm. Today we decided to share a torta we picked out the Chicken Torta wich was hands down a great choice. We asked for everything on the torta except the jalapeños due to my lady not wanting anything spicy. The order came less than 6 min nice and hot. They through in some green salsa on the inside wich was very appreciated from my side! We were in and out within 20 minutes and full of happiness ... Thank you Los Arcos Team we will be back !! By the Way everyone make sure to check out there Smoothies aka Licuados my personal favorite is the Horchata in my opinion is the best and will never dissapoint !

I love this restaurant’s food but unfortunately Every time I come they employees have the front door locked and the open sign on. Today I got there at 6:38 the door was locked again and after knocking for approximately 3 minutes and being ignored, I proceeded to call and being refused business because they were “closing” the employees changed their mind when I told them I would be talking to the owners.

The girl at the counter was not professional and had an attitude. I asked for orange juice and was told they didn't have any more orange juice,but they had a bunch of oranges on display. Lazy to squeeze a few oranges

The best tortas for me compared to many many many places. Get a torta and a smoothie, you will come out that place very satisfied. Mom and pop shop vibe. Everything is made on the spot so wait times can vary depending if it's busy. But most the time it has not been bad for me. I would say it's worth any wait.

Ordered 4 tortas, ham, tuna and asada(2), did not like how asada was cut up in little pieces like leftovers. Other tortas were good. Horchata was foamy but drinkable. I'm sure we will be back to try more items.
