The generosity of the people and food was truly amazing. We tried the birria tacos, tamales and horchata and they were all delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful and explaining everything to us. Thank you to the Birria Mi Rancho team ❤️
Had to walk around a mile to get here and I don't regret it at all. The Birria Ramen was absolutely amazing. I damn near licked the bowl but remembered I was in a public restaurant. I don't know what they back there seasoning there consome with but they didn't miss. I order a Birria quesadilla to go. I just had to taste it to make sure I wasn't just hungry when I ate the Birria Ramen. The results were they basically know how to make their meat SHINE!!!...
