I've been to this location a few times. Good pizza. On a Friday night tho...meh the service actually really annoyed me. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza for our son. The guy said ok you can have a seat and just wait. I said cool! Thanks! I paid, and sat down. 10 min go by and I have no pizza...okay so I'm like hey just making sure you're cooking my pizza? they assure me they are. Another 5 goes by and I hear my name being called, like cool I'm outta here. Nope. The guy who said to wait for my pizza, hadn't even started on my toppings. He and his other co workers just laughed it off like "sorry our bad" Meanwhile I have a child who's hungry and on his last straw of patience. As am I. It was so frustrating because it was not busy. That was such a big disappointment on communication on their behalf . I just wanted to share my experience. I spoke up and was assured everything was going smoothly...it clearly wasn't. Fix the way items are ordered and entered @blaze.

Was out here on a business trip and wanted something quick that I could take with me. Ordering was easy, lots of options to choose from, and friendly staff. My only complaint was the soda machine area. Where the overflow beverages go was dirty and had fruit flies all around it. It also smelled like fungus water. Took my pizza and breadsticks to the hotel and enjoyed them very much! If I lived in the area, I'd go back for sure. Just wouldn't get a soda.

this place is really good! It’s thin crust style pizza but done right! Fresh toppings friendly staff I go here once a week it’s so beyond delicious. It fairly cheap too! One two topping pizza and drink is only $13 which is fair compared to other pizza shops. If you want a good pizza with fresh toppings, fairly cheap prices and friendly staff making it you should try this place.

Very slow service and slow staff. I came in on a Sunday night and I was the first in line and it still took over 50 minutes to get a single 2-topping pizza. They lost the pizza and gave it to another customer. When I went up to let them know after half an hour, manager asked me to prove I bought the pizza. Keep your receipts here. Then they hastily made another pizza which was another 20 minute wait. The final pizza was missing a topping and had the wrong cheese. Terrible, slow staff.

I lived Blaze Pizza when I first tried in Oxnard when I moved from Glendale, California.However, today is the 2nd time they overcooked my pizza. I ordered the Take Two.It was burned, there was too much oil on top and the staff just couldn’t care less. Especially the woman tall that seemed to be in charge.You lost a good customer. I was there with guests, with family.A dissatisfied customer.Ms Orioli
