I came to your store around 3:30 on March 17 and a young lady was in a little heated conversation with one of the customers about a messed up order which I work in fast food so I understand but when the lady left the Young lady proceeded to keep cursing, saying, inappropriate words and there were little kids in the store which was very disturbing because she didn’t need to be yelling all those words and all the coworkers We’re right there just cheering her on so I think the whole team needs to be talked to because that’s just unacceptable

My açaí bowl was terrible in every way… for paying $8 I expect more than just a couple slices of bananas! On top of that the service was incredibly slow. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.
Idk about what RIGHT SERVING, supposedly be but this location is serving is too little . We usually get bowl and everytime we get it ,by Gonzales its full all the way to the top but last night my son got his bowl from here and really just little over the half of the bowl whixh is kinda frustrating. $ 8.50 for that little serving. And this is not the first time,,,, its everytime actually…… so I decided to write a review maybe u can hear me….
First time getting a smoothie here on the west coast. I enjoyed my smoothie.
Today i went in the shop reluctant due to two previous visits my orders was either missing item in my veggie juice or four gingers the size of my palm put in my drink. Today the same helpers told me they are not making veggie juice today. I called another store and they said they are making veggie juice. This is a complete lack of customer service. HC
