Cashier had a stern demeanor but not rude. The pizza croissant thing was delicious and the boba smoothies too. Really liked how I can choose less sugar as an option.

It's close to my house. I walked there. I felt comfortable there. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca. Also I bought a compact and two perfumes. The lady there is the best. It was my first time there. I wanna go back to Ragin Boba every week or month. There's nowhere else I wanna go. I wanna go there again more than go back to Taco Bell! Shock. I wanna go there on every 25th of the month so I can get there on my birthdays. š

I wish I could give 0 starts these girls were laughing and helping other costumers but me I told them after 20 min about my order and they say they didnāt see it and that they were going to work on that , after 40 MINUTES!! I approached them again and they say the waffle machine wasnāt not working even tho I saw costumers after me being handed with their orders. This is the worst experience, costumers service is horrible and I can tell these girls only come here to hang out and laugh and do ever else but do their job please donāt come here if you value your money and time!

2 Stars for the cute cup. The service is horrible the Boba is just ok. The guy at counter taking orders is not very helpful. Seems mad or in a bad mood. I asked about a few drinks and he gets annoyed.

Rudest staff Iāve ever encountered. The Asian man never says hi even when I walk up and say āhi how are you?ā He never smiles heās just awful to be around even for the short time Iām ordering. I think heās the manager and if he is I understand why the rest of the staff hates their jobs and are rude too. No idea why rude people work customer service. Find something else to do. Aside from rude service the drinks are always made badly.

The boba itself had little to no flavor. The customer service was the worst. The guy helping seemed annoyed at the customer ahead of me as if she should've just known the menu. She asked a question and he stared at her for a good minute before responding. It was as if he was bothered people came in. Which is odd because it was empty. This place could be amazing and a teen Hotspot if they changed their attitude and fixed their drinks.

But if youāre looking for good boba and good service Iād go elsewhere.I acknowledged how horrible the customer service was vocally and there wasnāt even a response.Not worth it to be treated rude while spending money. This is more than once as weāve tried to allow a redemption as everyone has touch days, but every worker every time?No thank you.

Place is not the same! Guy serving us did not know anything about the menu. Menu screen was not working. No paper menus. SO NO MENUS AT ALL! Also they do not prepare the drinks as good as they used too. Not going here anymore!!! Waste of Money!!!
