BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE!! We came all the way from Santa Barbara and stopped by here to get 6 bobas. When we got in the car, we noticed that the Avocado ones tasted odd, it tasted like ice with just a little Avocado flavor so we came back and my mom asked nicely if they could fix that for us. This guy, I'm not sure who, maybe it was the owner came out and started yelling at my Mom, and threw our drinks without any respect, and said to the cashiers "Give them their money back!" We didnt ask for our money back, we just wanted to know if they could fix it for us because we all noticed it tasted weird. He kept yelling at my mom and and was acting up. THIS GUY IS SO RUDE! He even told us, its our fault because we have to say how much sugar level we wanted when THEY NEVER ASK THAT. Been coming here for years and never did they ask that to customers! I read other reviews that says the same thing. Do not treat your customers like shit! I even tipped them after they fixed it because all we wanted was for them to fix our drink

Haven't been to this boba shop in almost 3 years, Definitely will not be back again. Ordered an avocado smoothie with boba and a green apple smoothie with boba. Poor quality and avocado smoothie tasted almost rotten. Green apple smoothie was more a slushy rather than a smoothie and looked nothing like the picture. Went to get my money back and the worker kinda laughed in my face and went to tell the manager and now I know why she was laughing. The manager is a mess and extremely rude, has the audacity to ask 'Why do you order something you don't like?', he continued to bicker and try to get me to change my mind and order something else. How do you expect to run a business acting like that? Disgusting.

This place has the worst employees I have ever seen. The two female employees weren’t listening when ordering drinks. They were talking about about other costumers rudely in front of us. They messed up one of the drinks and had to remake it because they weren’t listening. Then when a report came in about a lost item they were extremely rude and disrespectful. One rolling her eyes and laughing at us/ not being helpful with the situation. The other saying “I already told them it wasn’t here”, instead of kindly saying that “we couldn’t find it”. Turns out they had footage all along that could’ve helped us. On top of that, the boba wasn’t worth the price. Don’t waste your money.

The employees were SO beyond rude. Both females were working with AirPods in, talking rudely about previous customers, and messed up the order twice. Afterwards we had a situation in which one of our belongings were stolen. We called in to see if they had the item and the employees told us to come look for ourselves. By the time we got there it was gone, and the employees were mocking us, laughing at us, rolling their eyes, and lying to their manager about what they had said on the phone. Terrible service.

Horrible customer service messed up our orders because was to busy talking to each other and had there AirPods in there eyes my friend lost her wallet and we left and called them back and one of the two girls answered and said idk come look your self and was rude said that she left with her wallet and got in the car with the wallet and I went in there after they got no where and got back and I was mad and took her back and then they said ohh you your formed dropped it and stuff and I walked out and started mocking me and messed up my drink and told the girl I wanted a lcyee ice tea and with lycee jelly instead of boba and gave me a blended and had regular boba and had them remake it and she rolled her eyes at me and they messed up because they were talking to her coworker and not paying attention horrible customer service and rude workers and the drink was horrible I do not recommend going here the girls are high school workers and just rude and horrible service talking about other customers that was infront of us and talking about us and me when we walked out the girls are high school Bullys

This place is next to trash, it was dirty, the floor was covered in dirty footprints, after you order they make you wait outside even when the weather is 39 degrees out, I was hoping the bubble teas was any good, I ordered a basic Taro and it tested like water, no flavor at all. Such a disappointment, I will continue to look for a place on Oxnard that makes a decent bobba tea so far it was been a failure.

Ended up going here cause Boba and Me across the street said they open at 11 and it was passed 11 and I was waiting outside. She came to the door finally and said they were closed and pointed at the sign. I responded no it says u open at 11. She said that she was the only one there and couldn't take my order. Was rude about it too. So I came to Boba Smoothies and there was only 1 worker and she was super nice and got my drink ready in no time. Just 1 person was there and was able to take my order and make my drink. Unlike Boba and Me. Pathetic excuse she gave. So I reccomend Boba Smoothie anytime over Boba and Me. Drink was very good! I will be coming back! Never had Boba and Me but their reviews are bad and def already had a bad experience before even going in the store! Again Boba smoothies is very good. I got the Taro with Boba and lychee. Delish!

Boba was extremely soft and squishy, the smoothie itself tasted OK, it tasted a bit bland and watered down only thing that saved it was that it was cold. would not recommend this store.

Came here the other day for a quick boba pit stop with some friends. I had no idea this location was here until a friend mentioned we give it a try as she was craving boba. Boba Smoothies store has a large menu. It's actually pretty impressive. They have every fruit or combination you can think of, so there should be something for even your pickiest taste buds. They have classics like milk tea, strawberry smoothies - to some more unique flavors like avocado and Oreo. I wanted to be on the safe side so I went with a boba milk tea. The girl working behind the counter was very friendly and nice. Great service but they also weren't busy. Either way I appreciate a kind smile and someone with a little hustle in their step to get our drinks made. Drinks came out quickly and we sat inside to enjoy our drinks. All three of us gals ordered different drinks and we were all super impressed in terms of flavor! Our drinks were yummy and the boba was perfect (sometimes random boba shops have sketch boba balls). This place was on point. If your craving boba or a smoothie this is a good place to come. The only reason I docked a star was it came to $19 for three drinks. Seemed pretty expensive to me but I guess it's comparable to a Starbucks. I just felt like a class milk drink running me $6 would have been better suited at $3.95. It was nothing fancy but regardless it was good and service warranted me wanting to give them business again. See for yourself but all in all this spot was 4 stars, pretty good.
