We got sat pretty quickly. We requested to sit outside. We waited 15 minutes. We didn’t get service. We decided to leave after that.

What a bummer. What happened to this place? We used to love it as a family. Even though we knew the service was going to be bad and our food would come out in different times with no plates or utensils, and our drinks from the bar would drag and arrive after our food, we still went. Because we love the wings and the street tacos. But last night, sealed the deal. We cannot keep wasting our money on a terrible dining experience. The wings were good. But they were tossed on the table with no way of eating them so we all just looked at them. I was still waiting for my drink also. Eventually they brought plates and napkins. His burger came next. Still no beer for me. They were having an issue with how to ring up a black and tan. He finishes his burger and the tacos finally come. Cold and tiny and covered in so much cilantro to hide the lack of chicken in them. Just bad. The manager comes with my beer that I no longer want and she implies that it was my fault due to my contemplation for it that it arrived late. I said no, they couldn’t figure out how to ring it in. I explained how bad the tacos looked and the overall experience… she couldn’t care less. She looked at me like I was complaining for nothing. After all the trouble of how to ring in a black and tan (I told them… ring in the guiness and tell the bartender to make a black and tan- too complicated I guess) they just comped it. Anyway. It was super slow, a Monday night and everything dragged and was horrible like it was a packed Friday. I dumped the little bit of one taco into the other one to make a full taco for myself but it was cold and way too much cilantro. So bummed because I used to love them. Even my kids ordered them this time because they had tried mine in the past. But they didn’t eat much of theirs either. Or just bit the parts with meat in in and left the rest of the tortilla. Street tacos!!! They’re tiny. Anyway. The servers were nice as always but just aren’t trained well to prep the table properly and give decent service. The management is young and probably isn’t paid enough to care. Not sure what the deal with the bartender was. Damn. I’ve never run into that problem. All the bartenders I’ve ordered a black and tan from always know how to pull it off. Anyway. So bummed to say that it will be our last time there. It’s just too expensive to keep putting up with a terrible dining experience. And this time the food wasn’t up to par either. Fries were good tho!

Awful service pulled up a night for food about 45 minutes before closing several workers made eye contact with me looked several times and not once asked me if i needed help I personally went up and asked if they where not taking orders any more they said yes i said i have been waiting and looked at but no one has offered to help, she didn't even know what to say not even an apology or what can we do for you left the restaurant never going back the workers there hate their job

I’ve been to many Buffalo wild wings before this place in Oxnard is the worst experience I’ve ever had in this food chain. Don’t go there you’re better off going to the collection They stereotype you and the management sucks. They take forever to bring your food and your beers are halfway empty.

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was deeply disappointing. The tater tots arrived severely overcooked and nearly unrecognizable. After pointing this out to our server, who acknowledged they weren’t the expected golden color, a replacement batch was brought out—still burnt. All our dishes were consistently overcooked, darker than they should have been. The service was lackluster; our waitress rarely checked on us, forcing us to order additional drinks through another server. This was by far my worst visit to BWW, and I have no desire to return.

Pick up orders hardly have any sauce on the wings. Add the sauce like I'm at the restaurant. The French fries were stale. I paid too much for your food to taste bad.

I used to enjoy BWW. The food isnt as good as it used to be and the service here isnt all that great. Several people walked up and left while I was waiting for my food because no one greeted them. I prefer the other wing place more. Tastes better over there.
I liked the food but there was a twist the twist was that the Restroom stank like nunu and I also saw a guy peeing like he’s Superman with his arm on his waist.

Horrible service the wings were cold and dry worse then eating jerky. Managers ignore you. I went in for all you can eat wings waited 20 minutes in-between each order when they brought the wings out they were cold and dry. Don't waste your time Horrible place

Place is way too dark. Service was sub par and food was same. The last 3 times I have gone there it was bad experiences with the staff and also the food. first the service not great because the state was not asking if we needed anything and would wonder off for a long time before coming back. Also we asked in at the beginning if we could have separate checks and when the bill came it was together and refused to separate it. The second time most resent time the hostess was being rude and argumentative. The wings we got were hard like they had been sitting there all day and the fries were cold. I wanted to return them but I'm not that person. I still tipped 25% to maybe show them some humility but I was hesitant to do that as well.
Mari, Ale, Patti, Jenn and Diamond are fabulous people, they always make your visit fantastic!!!
