Employees yelling and cursing in the back kitchen , Garbage service , employees manage themselves manager no where to be found..order online it said it would be ready in 20 min , on arrival they told me “we are just waiting on the fries”…. 25 minutes later my food is ready … 45 minutes in total for some wings …. Genuinely hope this is recurring issue. ….. edit: I just got. Home and they got my order wrong …. Disappointing…. has happened multiple times… no consequences for the employees….. I guess wing stop it is ……

My husband and I always visit Buffalo Wild Wings. I love their Chipotle BBQ rub traditional wings.. yummy. Watch a ball game of some sort. Have a great time. Swing by sometime. I would have given a 5 star on service, except she had too many customers in her section, and our service suffered a bit on refills. But still love Buffalo Wild Wings.

It’s Veterans Day and Ram’s game, there’s was a long wait for the amount of tables that were available. I thought perhaps they were short staffed but I saw a good amount of employees on the floor once I was seated. There was still a long wait behind me. Hair in my food (pictured) celery stick was mushy, every beer served had so much foam and our waitress did not check in with us, we had to keep flagging her over. Overall it was a poor night and I wouldn’t recommend.

Very upset with an order I made online recently. It said it would be ready in about 20 minutes so I arrived when it was about to be ready and ended up waiting an extra hour for my food upon arriving, and once I grabbed my food, everything was cold. The fries were stale. The soda was flat and watered down. Only good thing in the order was the carrots very upset with this experience!!! The worst part was, we saw the employees playing in the kitchen and eating food while there was at least 10 people waiting for their orders!!!!
We got our food and it was cooked in overused oil. Everything was super dark and bitter. The boneless wings were even smaller than mcds nuggets, super cold and had barely any sauce. Our waitress never once came by to ask if we needed any refills. Worst service by far and it wasnt busy at all. Seems like its getting pricier and servings smaller

Loud, wanted to watch UFC fight and it was like asking for a miracle, even when we asked, before getting seated, if they were going to broadcast the fight.
