First and Formal I want to take the time and write this five star review . I have not experienced this great customer Service in a good minute. The gentleman took my order was very polite and patient when I got to the window to pay I always like to get rid of my change. He saw me counting my coins and was polite to even consider if I had the exact change which I didn’t In other hands Peoples get very bothered when you give them change I asked him for his name. His name is Enrique. I wouldn’t be surprised if I go back and he is running this place Kudus to you Enrique. Keep up the good work I see you going places.

Came for dinner and ate inside food was great my fries were pretty hot and food was great as well but my problem here is towards the manager the man who was in the kitchen and in the front as well. While i was eating i kept hearing that his way of talking to the workers is so rude. That man just kept getting mad at them. I felt so bad for the young guys at the register. Thats no way to treat the workers

Terrible service. I had a $10 off offer that I applied to my app but didn't show at the time of pay. Spoke with a woman with two toned hair and glasses that lied to my face and claimed the offer was applied. Per my receipt that is posted no offer. I really don't appreciate that and I had to ask for a receipt which she was reluctant to give because it would prove she lied about the offer being applied. I wish BK would hire competent emplyees. We are never again!
