I rarely visit Burger King for whatever reason., but have never had a bad experience there. I've only driven through not sure about the interior but the service has been good on the times that I've gone.Parking: Parking would only be a problem at peak food times such as lunch and dinner.

I was told I couldn’t get a refund or my food. This person right here is the “MANAGER” and I was told by her to call my bank and cancel my card to get a refund that way. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. RUNS THIS PLACE TERRIBLY. AND TREATS HER STAFF POORLY. NOT TO MENTION HER MAKE UP LOOKS CRUSTY. AND SHES ALWAYS TOUCHING HER MOUTH AND NOSE WHEN HELPING YOU.

Hello again , Now let's talk about a Whopper with Cheese. How can one go wrong with a flamed broiled burger like that .. Add fries and a fountain drink with that 'delicious ". I ordered four bacon double cheeseburgers and two lg onion rings and paid $30.77, but only received two bacon double cheeseburgers thar were flat and looked nothing like the picture that was showing on their website. I have called four times and have only gotten an answering machine and no one has returned my calls. All I want is the two missing bacon double cheeseburgers I paid for. Hopefully they will call and let me know what they are going to do.

Wow “Maro” was really bad today. I understand this is only Burger King and I shouldn’t expect much from them but I do expect courtesy. I asked her to change my order but she said “no”. I asked her to cancel my order and she said “no”. She didn’t want to even try to help me. She says they don’t make pancakes anymore and that they don’t carry butter either. To me it seemed like I was bothering her and she was doing me a favor. Burger King you should care a little bit more about providing good customer service representatives.
