Cabo Seafood Grill And Cantina

I visited this restaurant in the evening of 11/2/25. It was my first time visiting and its going to be my last. I ordered the breaded shrimp plate ($21 for 6 small breaded shrimp, a spoonful of white rice, some 3/4 of the way steamed vegetables, lettuce and dices tomatoes). My order apparently was forgotten and was finally served when my party was half way thru their meal. The food wasn't really good. Most of it was bland, not too much flavor. Even the horchata I got to drink wasnt really good as well as the flan my family ordered. Somebody in my party ordered fish tacos and ended feeling bad and almost fainted afterwards. 911 had to be called and was driven to the hospital. The staff were helpful with calling 911 and helping in what they could with the person who wasn't feeling well. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place or return.

Esmeralda is the best server, My Mom and I love coming here. My Mom loves her chicken taco, and I like exploring the menu Everytime I go in. Esmeralda always treats us great. Definitely recommend this place.

I dined at Cabo 20 years ago. While visiting the area, recently, I went back. The food and drinks were every bit as good as it was 20 years ago. You can't go wrong going here.

Had a wonderful dinner here. Camarones de la diablo were excellent. Loved the homemade tortillas. I will make sure to return here next time I am in Oxnard.

Just fabulous. I just ordered the shrimp burrito and felt the need to order two Bohemians. Clearly they take great pride in their cooking and they put love in the what they do.

The absolute best carnitas I’ve ever had. We lived in Mexico for 15 years and ate plenty of carnitas but these are better than any we had there. Tortillas are made on the spot. Portions were big. Service was excellent. Best thing to say about a restaurant… can’t wait to go back.
