I’ve been coming here for years. Mostly during the week since it’s close to my office. I’ll even come in on my telework days or the weekends. The staff is always friendly and the food always tastes clean and fresh.
I don’t know if that makes sense, but some places, you can just taste the greasiness or low quality produce. No there… here, it’s fresh & delicious.
For breakfast I like the chicken fried steak, I always asked to get my hash browns extra crispy. For lunch, I always get a BLT. Or a chicken club. Lemme tell you… I can rarely finish my whole meal. Portions are very generous here.

Outstanding breakfast. Some menu items were costlier than I would have thought for regular breakfast fare. But their steak and egg special was enough food for two good-size meals and was really well-prepared. Will definitely go back.

Hats off to the chef! Everything was great. Our server Amri was courteous and genuine. We ordered the chicken fried chicken and rib eye. The steak was tender and cooked the way it was ordered. Can't wait to go again.

Me and my husband were going to carpinteria but we decided to eat before and we serch for a place to eat and café Amri was the closest one. We are so glad we went there the food was delicious, the owner was very nice, I will definitely go back if I'm around the area. We are from Long Beach
Loved the food selections for our table. Everyone loved the food and service. The atmosphere was good, but the space between seating areas didn't have a feeling of separation or privacy. Decor was unmemorable.
