The food was freshly made and carefully prepared. They got my exact modifications right and it was so delicious that it makes me want to come back tomorrow. The manager Liz was so welcoming and friendly when I arrived and the server named Jazmin was so attentive to what I needed. This is the friendliest Carl’s Jr or fast food restaurant I’ve been too. Keep up the great work guys

Love this Carl’s Jr. ! It’s always an amazing experience. All the workers always go out of their way for their customers. They always get my order correct. Everything is just great!
This location has Terrible customer service and they took forever to make two simple burgers. I felt like they waited for customers in drive thru to show up cause I was literally the only dude there, my food was cold as well. They didn't even offer soda or fries, just zero communication or eye contact. A elderly couple showed up after me, they got there combos fast and we're offered utensils, ketchup, etc while I was handed my order with zero eye contact and no words, just a get your food and leave vibe. Big wigs at Carls, talk to your staff, worst carls I've been to.
