The fries were hot and delicious. My burger was nasty, an old patty, and several produce items smelled old. It was late at night around 1230 am. Late hours should not have anything to do with the quality of food. The quality and taste should not diminish. I might try to patronize during a busy time of day, giving the establishment another chance. I have always loved Carl's Jr. Burgers!

Very friendly staff! Immediate greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Read back my order and everything! I ordered a famous start medium combo with crisscut fries. Very hot and fresh food came out pretty quick. Clean everywhere I looked. Definitely recommend coming here!
I came by after work and was greeted very warmly by the staff. I ordered a Soluble Big Carl large combo and my order came out pretty quickly. The inside AND outside was very neat AND clean. I Will be coming back! I loved the customer service here AND how fresh AND hot the food is.

I came was greater very warmly by the staff. Overall atmosphere in the store was good. Restrooms and dining were very clean; Order came out quick, and food was fresh.would definitely recommend and would come back. I ordered the triple western bacon and it was very good as well as the waffle fries which were served in good quantity.
