Today I visited Carl's at Rose Ave. I was greeted as soon as I entered. My food was given to me fast and it was hot. I would be coming back and would recommend Carl's jr. to family and friends.

Today I went to Carl’s Jr., and everything was absolutely great! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and clean. The staff greeted me with friendly smiles and took my order quickly and accurately. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared — everything looked and tasted amazing. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and golden, and the drink was ice cold, which made the meal even more satisfying. I also appreciated how tidy the dining area was and how the employees kept everything organized and spotless. It really showed that they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Overall, my experience at Carl’s Jr. was excellent from start to finish, and I left feeling happy and full. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Today, July 20th, 2025 i went to Carls not knowing i would have the best experience ever. I asked for this young ladys name and she told me her name was Stephanie Farfan. I asked for her name because she gave me the best customer service that i have ever experienced. She truly made me feel so welcomed. While i was being indecisive she didn't rush me at all and told me to take my time. I really appreciate Stephanie for being professionally trained and i think there should be more employees like her.

We just got our order today and only got 1/5 drinks, Most of the food is missing as well.
It was my birthday and the carls jr app sent me a gift. When I got to the location it wouldn't work and could not use my reward. Needless to say the staff there was so polite and nice. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very respectful nice staff. Thank you kindly! Edgar and Apple were true superstars!!!

Never had a problem going here until this week when I noticed that they had overcharged my order by $5.80! I went in hoping to have it resolved and the manager just gave me the run-around because I didn't have a receipt. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location and I advise anyone who does to ask for and check their receipt.
