Today, July 20th, 2025 i went to Carls not knowing i would have the best experience ever. I asked for this young ladys name and she told me her name was Stephanie Farfan. I asked for her name because she gave me the best customer service that i have ever experienced. She truly made me feel so welcomed. While i was being indecisive she didn't rush me at all and told me to take my time. I really appreciate Stephanie for being professionally trained and i think there should be more employees like her.

It was my birthday and the carls jr app sent me a gift. When I got to the location it wouldn't work and could not use my reward. Needless to say the staff there was so polite and nice. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very respectful nice staff. Thank you kindly! Edgar and Apple were true superstars!!!

Never had a problem going here until this week when I noticed that they had overcharged my order by $5.80! I went in hoping to have it resolved and the manager just gave me the run-around because I didn't have a receipt. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location and I advise anyone who does to ask for and check their receipt.
Went in the other day, got greeted by the nicest cashiers one of them named Joceline making me feel welcomed. Got a famous star , my order was made fast and fresh. The place was super clean. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone to come to this location.

Apple the front cashier is so friendly, she always makes me welcome every i come with a big smile. The cook are always fast, they cook my food fast to the point i have not even sat down yet, and their food is always hot and juicy. Also, everyone there is very nice. I will definitely keep coming back. Not all fast food chain are like this.
