Bad service, we’ve been here a couple times and every time there seems to be something going on with the cashiers. They charge us differently every time for our order and we get bad attitude when asking questions. Today was especially bad when my drink didn’t come with cheezo when only one drink was supposed to have no cheezo. I simply asked the cashier to add it. We were okay with paying the extra dollar he charged us for the cheezo but we noticed him scoop out most of the drink and coffee jelly that we had to pay extra for. They also never address us when walking in and have weird attitudes.

Nice ambience, lots of seating especially for sitting down and getting work done. Service was kind and helpful with recommendations. Ordered 2 Drinks and they came out in less than 8 minutes. Foosball table available while waiting! A bit hidden behind L&L Hawaiian BBQ. Parking was easy to find and free 🆓 Area with dolphins for children to play. The establishment was clean and appeared well maintained. Prices were REASONABLE, however, they do charge extra for boba or if in general adding anything to the drink. Keep this in mind. If you decide to stop by, I recommend the strawberry cheezo drink. 🧋🍓

Restroom is "out of order" which legally isn't allowed in California for a place that serves food items.
Same experience as the other person came from work to get some drinks and was stared at up & dwn I waited 30-35 mins for my drinks while my aunt waited in the car after I asked how much longer he said “I got it I have a lot of orders “ & put me last on the list terrible experiences that ruin peoples day.

I've been to this location when it was actually a Starbucks (hows that for old?) And something about the current iteration of CAFE IN THIS BUILDING [Being Chakaa] Is distinctly different. It's homey, welcoming and very like the vibe of a out of city teahouse. It's a nice escape with nice people. My server (both times) was charming and vibrant. Definitely makes the heart go Doki Doki. It's a teahouse that you can just Chill at.

The menu here is very confusing, definitely not a straightforward, easy to order place. I got the mango Cheezo slushy drink, and added Boba to it, I was expecting the Boba that kind of explodes, and this one is chewy, and the flavor of it is not very good. But the drink itself was delicious.
