Either they have attitude or give you mean faces with gestures. Pretty upsetting being a new Chick-Fil-A.
Food is good like always but they need to change on their attitude.
I feel bad for other people when they accidentally go to the Mobil Order line and het hit with attitude right away and ignore them once they find out they dont have a mobile order. Full of childish workers here…

Only come here if you like hair in your food. Unlike the location on Rose, these people don't know how to be clean. My gf got the Cobb salad that she really likes and ended up finding strands of hair literally wrapped around the chicken. We were even thinking of buying a wrap but I bet it’d be wrapped with hair too. Never coming here again. If we ever want a hair covered sandwich next time we’ll definitely come to THIS location. Do better.

What happened to Chick-fil-a customer service. The last two location have been nothing but bad experiences. Don't use the mobile drive through app. They never have your order ready when you get there. You always have to go park or move to the yellow sticks. Today I was told to move and park by the yellow sticks. 6 cars who were behind me had gotten their food. There were cars that ordered after me that got their food before me...And the person who came out to give me my food, no smile looks like she hated her job, just said here is your food. Man, this company is going down hill. They should definitely get a new franchise owner for this location, bad business

Difficult to get to heading west on Town Center Drive. If you miss the left turn at the Starbucks, the next legal U-turn is about a mile down the road. Not nearly as busy as the one on Rose, but it's probably that way due to the unfortunate placement of the restaurant. Not sure I'd visit this location again.

Had a free sandwich ? bought small fries & small lemonade ? to be small they really packed the fries ? ? sandwich ? was delicious and also stacked for a free sandwich. I will come again to this spot even though Iive next to the one on Rose ? Ave ❤️
First time going to this location at Riverpark and it’s Awful!!!! The portion size is not up to standards and not to mention my order was wrong! I am very dissatisfied with my order!! Save your money and so somewhere else.
