Went here for a quick dinner around 8pm on a Thursday in September. Had to wait only couple of minutes to place my order. They have outdoor seating only. The restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly, and held my drink until I was back from the restroom. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade. They fill out the drink for you and hand it over through their window. Total came to around 14-15 bucks, so decent for a meal.

the food was okay, me and my mom did a mobile order in drive thru, it took them 40 mins to get the food because they were just talking not doing anything but just talking and laughing. which i don’t think it’s very right in front a guest knowing there is food to be served. i’ve worked at a fast food and yes i understand we wanna talk but if there are people waiting there is a time a place for that. disappointed. i live closer to the riverpark one but if i have to go back to the oxnard at rose one i will make that drive i mean the service is better.
Got my food reach home an am missing a 5ct nugget I got everything else besides that after spending $35 bucks this is crazy trying to call them and see how we can resolve this problem no answer.

Food was good and area looks really nice. Location seems clean but the girl that handed my food was simply not having a good attitude. Definitely no smile, no wanting to be there, she seemed to be dragging herself. I didn't get her name, unfortunately but she definitely didn't want to be there. Even for the sugar and creamer I asked for my coffee, her answer to my question was so dull and unwilling. Simply horrible and saddening. I think she has failed Chick fil A and it's standards, she belongs in a McDonald's.

Excellent service, friendliest servers, and the food is great. This visit I ordered only a mocha cold brew coffee and it was simply delicious. I also enjoy the option to eat out on the patio on a warm night... Excellent!
Give this place 5 stars because it’s clean , friendly & most importantly I LOVE Ariel!! She is the most amazing person I met today she made me feel more than a customer but an actual friend or neighbor she deserves to get a higher position!!

The $12 salad served was way lighter and had less food compared to the Rose location.
I ordered a 12 ct chicken nugget. They served smaller nuggets. They didnt even fill up the tiny box designed for 4 ct order. This is a rip off.
