Usually enjoy coming here. The service was great but after getting my food I realized the portion was half of what it once was. Very disappointed in seeing that. Not sure if it was only this time or if this is how they are serving it now.

I haven't been here in many years, used to go with my family all the time. Recently for my birthday I wanted to go like old times because I remember always liking it. Happy to say they still got it! Delicious food, fun atmosphere and good service. The only issue is the table waitress didn't come to us when our table was ready we had to ask. But I will let it slide.

My only complaint was that there was gum stuck under the table. Otherwise, I will come here again and again. I got the 6pz sirloin steak, loaded mashed potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, loaded Mac n cheese, and spanish rice. The Spanish rice tasted generic but this isn't an authentic Mexican place. The steak was delicious. The asparagus was also delicious and well seasoned.

Our server Raelynn is the best. Our order was not right at all but she did everything she could to make sure we were happy with our visit here. She continuously checked in and it made this experience great. Thank you Raelynn. Give her a raise please!!! She’s carrying this company and her knees and back lol! No really. She was great.

We hadn’t been to Chili’s in forever, but my husband and I decided to go for a casual dinner date and we’re so glad we did! Yvette was an excellent server—super attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We shared the Triple Dipper (a classic!), sipped on some perfectly made margaritas, and the Original Trio Fajitas were absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and flavorful. Big thanks to Yvette for taking such good care of us, we’ll definitely be back!

Everything about our visit to Chili's in Oxnard was great -- including our server Joseline .... until I visited the men's room after dinner. It was disgusting! Paper and pee on the floor, the urine smell was overwhelming. One of the hosts came in as I was leaving, and I said how horrible the room was. He didn't seem to care.

I came today, really pessimistic service, they never took my order at the table, they attended the 2 tables that were on my right and left and they ignored us even though we arrived first. we told a waitress and a waiter and they simply ignored us. the worst place in Oxnard in service, they did us total discrimination.

We got there and we put our name and the host told me 15 to 20 minutes so they text me that my table was ready I got there and she told me that they give our table to someone else that we have to wait we waited 20 more minutes and we were 8 people and they wanted us to sit 6 people table i told them that there was 2 big tables if we could sit there and they told me that there need it to ask the manager first ans when the mancame out he sit down another group that the manager knew and he told me im going to sit them first and then you guys by this time we being waiting 35 minutes at the end i got mad and we left is a really bad customer service and the manager really rude we would never go back 😤 😒 😑
