I paid $60 for two rice burritos and a rice bowl. I'm not kidding, there was specs of color which were beans carne asada pico, the veggies given maybe three pieces of onion and bell pepper. $60 for rice! And the staff was horrible, worst ever!

Worst chipotle location ever! I’ve experienced hair on my food not only once but 3 times !!!! Today for the 3rd time while I had just opened my bowl I found a hair and I was so disappointed & mad that it happened! I Do not recommend at all coming to this location, they need to do better and have their employees wear hair nets!

Had a pick up order. Guac is SUPER salty. It’s unbearable. It’s like eating a spoon of salt. And then I went for my salad bowel. I’m guessing they just overstated everything by accident? I didn’t even think that was possible. Very disappointed.

All I could think was guac and chips from chipotle but when I came in 2 and a half hours before closing they were out of chips it was unbelievable.

I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was severely undercooked. It taste like I was eating pebbles. This was awful. Whoever made that rice needs to should be fired.

THE WORST Chipotle in the 805. They need to seriously coach that woman Karin who happens to be the manager. The worst customer service ever. If you hate working there or hate your job maybe find another career. Too many egos and chip on their shoulder with these employees.
