Chipotle used to be a dependable meal, but the last few times I've been to this particular location (Oxnard at Victoria and Wooley), it's been more like a snack as there's been a noticeable decrease in the protein portions. Not sure if this is a directive from ownership/management, but it's disappointing. As an aside, the food is still good, but Chipotle could cut their salt content in half and it would still be on the salty side.

Worst service ever After getting rotten guacamole two days ago. Small cook big ego guy gave me the lamest excuse about it, after I told him I couldn't even eat it. I asked if he can replaced it this time and this little mind person with zero business sense, refused. Not a big deal since $3 dollars won't make me poorer or richer but for someone that owns a lot of Chipotle stock as well, it's not wonder why the stock is not rising anymore due to the bad employees.

This is so disappointing. I ordered what’s shown on the first picture, but what I recieved is a total different order. Whoever works today (May 27,2025 from 12 to 1:40 pm) should get fired because this is not right at all. Not only that, I asked help from grubhub and what they told me is that they can offer me 30 day trial of grubhub plus and $5 for 30 days…which is not helpful at all if I’m craving for a certain food and on a tight budget. They dont even want me to return the food, exchange or a refund. I just want to eat!
