We ordered a cake back in June to celebrate and there was an issue with the online order. The manager quickly stepped in and made a possible disaster into a great experience! Even with the few hiccups, he corrected everything with ease and did so within great reasonable time! I appreciate his dedication and kindness. The cakes were amazing, Thanks again for all of your help with making our special day complete !

Sunday Dec. 15th around 1:30 girls are so rude. They don’t even say hi or welcome. They don’t even make eye contact. I don’t recommend this place. The ice cream was almost melted and they barely added any fruit on it. Maybe better go to the one in Ventura. 🙁

**UPDATE** THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I SENT AN EMAIL TO CORPORATE. HE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING ON IN THIS STORE. I will wait and see if it changes and when I am able, I will try again.This location is a joke. I've never had issues at ANY other Cold Stone when they first open for the day. This location is run by children and they are never on time so the stone is not cold when they open. So they tell you they can't mix anything in. What is the point of going to Cold Stone if you can't mix anything in? If I wanted straight ice cream, I'd go to BR. Do better. Have your people come in earlier and be ready to open when you open. Simply ridiculous. I've had nothing but problems at this location. It's such a disappointment when Cold Stone itself is a good company... This location is losing money by not being ready for business when they open for the day.

We took a chance and got them to cater my daughter's Quinceañera (I know not traditional); however, no one missed the cake. They were punctual, various flavors and toppings, great service and overall, a one-of-a-kind experience for our 160 guests. Do you know how hard it is to please 160 guests? And they did. I will try to book them in the future.I wish I could give them 10 stars for all that they did to make my daughter's day so special.** If using them for catering try to have a table with different heights for them. I totally promised it, and completely forgot; however, they managed and provided a great experience.

Placed an order and the wrong item was delivered. I called the store and was basically stonewalled. Told the manager would call me, and that didn't happen. Called corporate, and they said I had to wait 48 hours to get my refund because it was Sunday. My response? "They took my order and my money on a Sunday. That makes Sunday a business day." Dishonest and incompetent
