Sunday Dec. 15th around 1:30 girls are so rude. They don’t even say hi or welcome. They don’t even make eye contact. I don’t recommend this place. The ice cream was almost melted and they barely added any fruit on it. Maybe better go to the one in Ventura. 🙁

**UPDATE** THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I SENT AN EMAIL TO CORPORATE. HE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING ON IN THIS STORE. I will wait and see if it changes and when I am able, I will try again.This location is a joke. I've never had issues at ANY other Cold Stone when they first open for the day. This location is run by children and they are never on time so the stone is not cold when they open. So they tell you they can't mix anything in. What is the point of going to Cold Stone if you can't mix anything in? If I wanted straight ice cream, I'd go to BR. Do better. Have your people come in earlier and be ready to open when you open. Simply ridiculous. I've had nothing but problems at this location. It's such a disappointment when Cold Stone itself is a good company... This location is losing money by not being ready for business when they open for the day.

We took a chance and got them to cater my daughter's Quinceañera (I know not traditional); however, no one missed the cake. They were punctual, various flavors and toppings, great service and overall, a one-of-a-kind experience for our 160 guests. Do you know how hard it is to please 160 guests? And they did. I will try to book them in the future.I wish I could give them 10 stars for all that they did to make my daughter's day so special.** If using them for catering try to have a table with different heights for them. I totally promised it, and completely forgot; however, they managed and provided a great experience.

Placed an order and the wrong item was delivered. I called the store and was basically stonewalled. Told the manager would call me, and that didn't happen. Called corporate, and they said I had to wait 48 hours to get my refund because it was Sunday. My response? "They took my order and my money on a Sunday. That makes Sunday a business day." Dishonest and incompetent
Learned how to use the Cold Stone's app and order ahead for pick up fast, easy on the happy but busy staff! Weekend parking at night was limited downtown so bring someone to pick up the order.

Went in there a few days ago…First, the three girls didn’t say a single word for about 3 minutes sooooo…We stood there watching the girlmaking ice cream sandwiches, touching the cookies with her bare hands smashing ice cream into them then smoothing out the edges of the ice cream and half the time pressing the sandwich into her dirty a** apron. I guessed “for leverage”. Then wiping her hands on the same apron and grabbin’ some more cookies. Over and over. Kinda gross.Also, do a better job of scraping off the stone please! I wanted chocolate peanut butter. Not Chocolate peanut butter mint marshmallow pineapple sprinkles pistachio vanilla.There is no pride and professionalism here, no customer service,
