We ordered a cake back in June to celebrate and there was an issue with the online order. The manager quickly stepped in and made a possible disaster into a great experience! Even with the few hiccups, he corrected everything with ease and did so within great reasonable time! I appreciate his dedication and kindness. The cakes were amazing, Thanks again for all of your help with making our special day complete !

We took a chance and got them to cater my daughter's Quinceañera (I know not traditional); however, no one missed the cake. They were punctual, various flavors and toppings, great service and overall, a one-of-a-kind experience for our 160 guests. Do you know how hard it is to please 160 guests? And they did. I will try to book them in the future.I wish I could give them 10 stars for all that they did to make my daughter's day so special.** If using them for catering...

Learned how to use the Cold Stone's app and order ahead for pick up fast, easy on the happy but busy staff! Weekend parking at night was limited downtown so bring someone to pick up the order.
