I really like soft serve ice cream, although there is nothing really wrong with " hard" ice cream. I like soft ice cream so much I will scoop it out of the container and microwave it for 15 or 20 seconds to soften it up.There was a place to sit outdoors on the side of the shop, BUT it was a hangout area for the homeless so we only stayed for a minute because we didn't feel safe ( drug use).Parking: It's located near Walmart, so there is plenty of parking.

Went in last night 7 min before closing so excited to get a blizzard before heading home to L.A.The employees were so nice, and honestly I was blown away by that. Usually if I go into an establishment close to closing, I almost anticipate eye rolls and begrudgement, and I do understand. I’ve lately even had experiences at other places where, even a half hour before closing, I’ve walked in and the employees just yell out “we’re closed” because they want to finish cleaning and lock up early.Anyways, I am still just so happy that I wasn’t met with any negativity last night. Instead very positive! The manager there hired some really good people and I hope everyone continues to be treated well. This is a long rambling and I hope nobody mistakes it for a negative review by skimming the middle.This location is simply amazing!! Love it and wish there was more of this in the world today!

Food was good - ordered the chicken strips boxBlizzards - disappointed, they gave me the wrong one and when I let them know , though they were polite and fixed it right away , they didn't put "care into it" and it literally was vanilla ice cream because they didn't mix it well enough through the rush. I ordered a NY Cheesecake Blizzard - not vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup thrown in. They did let me keep the messed up order blizzard though! Store interior - messy, looks like no one swept or mopped in there in a while Workers - friendly, professional, and accommodating. They seemed to have run into a rush and like 5 orders after us was getting their stuff before us and they came to apologize for the wait and gave us a little extra gravy because of it.

I stop here often and today I was refused service from Isabella for a side of fries because I came in 20 minutes before closing, I do understand to that they close the fryers and such but 20 minutes early? Still got a blizzard but not cool and hope they don't continue to do this as its the only place to eat when I get off late.
